onecore ventures · member insight
Know where you actually stand.
Most organizations are measured one number at a time, a year late, against nobody in particular.
The figure arrives without its history, without a forecast, and without anyone comparable standing next to it. Fathom puts all four in the same frame — historical, current, forecast and benchmark — against named peers, a cohort, or the whole market, whichever the data honestly supports.
The demo is a fictional rural clinic. Two physicians, two nurse practitioners, twenty-six people, twenty months of statements, a year of payroll and every encounter by payer — none of it real, all of it the shape of the real thing.
What you get
Where the organization has been, where it stands, where it is heading, and how that compares — one frame, not four reports.
Against named peers, a cohort, or the whole market. Where a comparison does not hold, Fathom withdraws it rather than showing a number that would mislead.
Where it came from, how current it is, and how many organizations it is compared against. That restraint is the product.
Who sees what
Members see their own data only. Comparisons are drawn against hospitals, clinics and the organizations around them that contributed the same figures on the same basis, and the number of them is shown every time. Accounts are created by onecore ventures for the organizations it works with. There is no self-registration and no public sign-up.
